Be nice to your back, and your garden! Get a Compost Tumbler. Rotating composters or spinning composters, as pictured below, are typically more expensive than compost bins or the home made "chicken wire” bins but they are more efficient and much easier to operate. With rotating composters, it is not unusual to have finished compost in less than a month! If you already have a compost bin, then you know it can take a year or more to get finished compost. It is all about the aeration and mixing – and the rotating composters do both effectively and easily.
